    In addition to the American Society of Home Inspectors Standard of Practice and Professional Ethics we have set additional standards of our own. We generally spend 2 .5 to 3.0 hours on the inspection, as much as an hour longer than most companies allow.
 

 



 

 

 

 

 

 

 Credentials:
     Became a full member of the American Society of Home Inspectors in 1992 and is a graduate of the Property Inspectors Training Institute. Certified by the Maryland Department of Environment. MS - Environmental Biology and engineering studies at John Hopkins. In addition to 24 years of inspection and construction experience Mr. Gosman has been a House Captain for Christmas in April, wrote housing guidelines for a DC housing program and performed energy audits for Pepco and Washington Gas.
